According to the Zoning Codes of Los Angeles, property owners are eligible to add 1 additional dwelling unit (ADU) for each existing structure.
Leveraging an existing duplex within a multi-family residential zone, we were able to optimize site development, resulting in the addition of two more units, bringing the total to four.
